Terms and Conditions for EasyVoice Telecom's Webshop

1. Definitions

In these general terms and conditions, the following terms are defined as follows:

1.1. EasyVoice Telecom: Refers to EasyVoice Telecom, the operator of the webshop offering products and services to the Customer, located in the Netherlands.

1.2. Customer: Refers to the natural person, legal entity, or entity using EasyVoice Telecom's webshop and agreeing to these terms.

1.3. Webshop: Refers to the online store and e-commerce platform operated by EasyVoice Telecom where products and services are offered.

1.4. Products and Services: Refers to the goods, products, and services available for purchase in the webshop.

2. Orders and Payments

2.1. The Customer can order products and services through EasyVoice Telecom's webshop. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to the purchase price and the terms applicable to the order.

2.2. Payments must be made using the payment methods offered in the webshop. EasyVoice Telecom reserves the right to change prices and payment methods after written notice to the Customer.

3. Delivery and Shipping

3.1. EasyVoice Telecom will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are indicative and non-binding unless otherwise agreed.

3.2. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address. Any additional costs due to incorrect information are the responsibility of the Customer.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1. The Customer has the right to return products within fourteen (14) days of receipt, provided the products are in their original condition. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned products.

4.2. Specific return conditions apply to services as stated in the agreement between EasyVoice Telecom and the Customer.

5. Warranty

5.1. Products sold through the webshop are covered by the legal warranty of conformity. EasyVoice Telecom will replace or repair defective or non-conforming products, at its discretion, within the applicable legal deadlines.

6. Use of the Webshop

6.1. The Customer will use the webshop only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

6.2. The Customer is responsible for keeping account information and passwords secure.

7. Privacy

7.1. EasyVoice Telecom will treat the Customer's personal information confidentially and in accordance with our privacy policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.

8. Changes in Terms

8.1. EasyVoice Telecom reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will become effective upon publication on our website.

9. Applicable Law and Disputes

9.1. This agreement is governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be settled by the competent courts in the Netherlands, in accordance with applicable European legislation.

By using our webshop, you acknowledge and accept these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our webshop.
