Terms and Conditions for Security System by EasyVoice Telecom

1. Definitions

In these general terms and conditions, the following terms are defined as follows:

1.1. EasyVoice Telecom: EasyVoice Telecom: Refers to EasyVoice Telecom, the provider of security services as described in this agreement, located in the Netherlands.

1.2. Customer: Refers to the natural person, legal entity, or entity that uses the services of EasyVoice Telecom and agrees to these terms.

1.3. Services: Refers to security services and all related services and products as described in the agreement between EasyVoice Telecom and the Customer.

1.4. Agreement: Refers to the written agreement between EasyVoice Telecom and the Customer in which the specific services, prices, and other terms are set.

Provision of Services

2.1. EasyVoice Telecom will provide security services to the Customer as specified in the agreement. The Customer acknowledges that the actual provision of services may depend on the technical capabilities and limitations of the security system.

2.2. The Customer agrees to provide EasyVoice Telecom with accurate and complete information required for the installation, configuration, and management of the security system.

3. Use of the Services

3.1. The Customer shall use the Services only for lawful purposes and shall at all times comply with the applicable laws and regulations in the Netherlands and the European Union.

3.2. The Customer is responsible for keeping passwords, access codes, and other security information confidential. In case of loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure, the Customer shall immediately notify EasyVoice Telecom.

4. Billing and Payment

4.1. The Customer shall pay EasyVoice Telecom according to the rates and payment terms as agreed upon in the agreement.

4.2. EasyVoice Telecom reserves the right to change rates and payment terms after written notice to the Customer.

5. Termination

5.1. EasyVoice Telecom reserves the right to terminate or suspend this agreement if the Customer violates these Terms.

5.2. The Customer can terminate the Services at any time, subject to the notice period agreed upon in the agreement.

6. Liability

6.1. EasyVoice Telecom is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, losses, or costs arising from the use of the Services, except as expressly provided in the agreement.

6.2. The Customer is responsible for any damage to or theft of EasyVoice equipment or damage caused by the security system provided to the Customer.

7. Privacy

7.1. EasyVoice Telecom will treat the Customer's personal information confidentially and in accordance with our privacy policy, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.

8. Changes in Terms

8.1. EasyVoice Telecom reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will become effective upon publication on our website.

9. Applicable Law and Disputes

9.1. This agreement is governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be settled by the competent courts in the Netherlands, in accordance with applicable European legislation.

By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our Services.
