Renew or cancel your subscription

Do you have a question about renewing or canceling your subscription? First, check when your contract expires. It is stated in My EasyVoice Telecom All other answers can be found on this page. 

Everything about renewal

You can simply renew, renew earlier with Early Renewal, or do a contract takeover. We will explain it to you. 

Normal renewal

You can renew from the last 4 months of your contract. The exact end date of your contract is in My EasyVoice Telecom. You can arrange it online or call +31 (0)118 – 22 10 59.

Early renewal

You can renew from the last 4 months of your contract. Sometimes, however, you want to renew earlier. For more information, you can contact us.

Contract takeover

Transferring your contract to another (business) name is convenient in certain situations, such as when starting your own company or taking over the payment of your subscription yourself. This is arranged through a contract takeover.

Cancel by phone

Cancel by phone. You can cancel your mobile subscription by calling EasyVoice Telecom. We are available from Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 21:00.

Cancellation in case of death

If someone passes away, we understand that you already have enough to handle. That's why we make canceling as easy as possible; call us at the above number, and we'll take care of everything immediately.
