You can adjust your data bundle once a month. You can do this yourself in My EasyVoice Telecom. Note: some bundles are activated for your entire contract period and cannot be deactivated.


You can renew your subscription 4 months before the end date of your contract, and sometimes even earlier with Early Renewal. You can do this yourself in My EasyVoice Telecom. Transferring your subscription to someone else's name is also possible. Use the contract takeover form for this, contact us.

Yes, you can adjust your subscription up or down once a month. When you adjust your subscription, you retain the discount that was valid at the time you subscribed. If you make an adjustment in My EasyVoice Telecom or the app, you immediately see the new monthly amount and your discount. Handy.

You can renew your subscription from 4 months before the end date. You can find the end date in My EasyVoice Telecom. Renewal can be done in the following ways:

  • Online in My EasyVoice Telecom
  • Call to +31 (0)118 – 22 10 59

You can renew your subscription from 4 months before the end date, but sometimes you want to renew earlier. You can renew early if:

  • The current contract has been running for 3 months or longer.
  • All EasyVoice Telecom invoices have been paid.
  • You only renew one contract prematurely.
  • The current subscription has not started as an early renewal.

Also good to know:

  • You agree to a new contract of 12 or 24 months.
  • The new contract starts after the end date of your original contract.
  • It costs a one-time fee of € 71.12. Early renewal is only possible by calling the EasyVoice Telecom Customer Service.
